| I am Brian Coetzee, estate agent extraordinaire! Where the Seller is King, Buyers Rule and fair play is the name of the game!
December 1977 was my first trip to “Toti’. We vacationed in a caravan park (The Old Caravana) on the beachfront in Winklespruit. I remember walking along the beach to the putt putt course in Beach Road, which is now a bowling alley! And of course there’s the water! It’s best described in Zulu “Amanza mtoti” – the water is sweet!
I have been witness to the tremendous growth in Toti, albeit mostly from a distance. Finally, my move come in November 1998, leaving a career in the mining industry and as there is no gold in Toti, my path went from shift boss to waiter to obtaining my Fidelity Fund Certificate in May 1999. Oh and not to forget being a driller in between!
At last the sleeping giant of the East Coast is about to WAKE UP!!! Watch this space!
